MEng Thesis: Novel Meta-crystal Lattice Design by Additive Manufacturing• Designed novel meta-crystal lattice structures by additive manufacturing as part of the Novel Manufacturing of Metals and Alloys Research Group led by Dr. Minh Son Pham• Used Solidworks and nTopology Element Pro softwares for structure design and optimization• Performed rapid prototyping using Form 2 printer and conducted post-processing work• Evaluated mechanical properties and developed Python algorithms for analysis

• UROP project supervised by Prof. Andrew Horsfield• Developed a Monte Carlo algorithm using Python to optimize the density functional tight binding pair potentials for studying corrosion• The algorithm is implemented in the Package for Linear-combination of Atomic Orbitals (PLATO), a suite of programs performing calculations of electronic structure written by Prof. S.D. Kenny and Prof. A.P. Horsfield
