Civil Engineer of Industries with Diploma in Electrical Engineering, from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and Master in Economic Regulation from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez. Excellent dominion of oral and written english.Studies centered in the areas of management, regulation, public policy, planning, project evaluation and electronics. Eighteen years of managing experience in Chile and Ecuador. Co-founder of several companies related to non conventional renewable energies, power electronics, energy services and consultancy: Dreamline S.A, Andes Energy S.A, Geotek S.A. and Spin Consulting group. From 2009 until 2014 Andes Energy incorporated a joint venture company with Mainstream Renewable Power to develop, build and operate wind and solar power projects in Chile, with currently more than 1.200MWs of projects in construction and operation. In December 2014 joined Acciona to become General Manager of its Energy business unit in Chile, in order to build and operate solar and wind projects. In 2018 I was appointed as General Director for the Southamerican platform of Energy in Acciona, managing the operations in Chile, Argentina, Perú, Colombia and Brasil. Since 2015, the platform grew from 45MW to 900MW in operation and more tan 1,5GW in development, being the largest 100% NCRE company in the Chile. In 2022, I was appointed CEO for Colbun, one of the largest energy utilities in Chile, with the goal to accelerate its growth in renewables, energy solutions and expansion in the region. Since 2009, supporting the growth of the Chilean Association of Renewable Energy and Storage (ACERA), first as Executive Vice President, then Vice President and since 2017 President, until May 2022. In that period, the association grew from less than 20 members to more than 160 members, with a professional executive team and leading the Iberoamerican Network of Renewable Energy.
