I was responsible for setting up and running the Beijing office for Studio Output, one of UK’s most creative design and branding agencies.During this period, we achieved a number of great successes for the business, including the following:- Growing the Beijing office from 2 people to 18 over a three year period; building a strategy for growing the team and personally managing the recruitment and hiring process to find the right people to grow the company.- Successfully entering the vendor systems of many large prestigious Chinese clients, including Baidu and Tencent; delivering a variety of amazing projects for these and many other clients in a variety of industries and sectors.- Winning cross-border contracts for the Output group; creating introductions from China for the UK business; delivering projects for Western brands wanting to make an impact in China, as well as launching Chinese brands and their products internationally.

I produced Chinese-language online video content for a variety of brands within Reckitt Benckiser, both through personally producing projects, and through leveraging relationships with local freelancers and agencies.
