Global Mfg Execution System (GMES) Implementation at TPEML Sanand using JLR topology• Overall Facility co-ordination for BIW, Paint and TCF to transform Plant Manufacturing systems from FORD Products to Tata Motors products.• Responsible for Plant Digitalization through strategizing & Implementation of GMES (Global Manufacturing execution system) for End to end vehicle workflow management & data tracking.• FLAGS system implementation for Paperless Quality management. Complete digital tracking of vehicle defects and related trends.• FACMON (Factory Monitoring) for Real time Equipment health monitoring.• Establishment of TPEML Plant PLM and SAP system.

Worked as "Senior Manager” & Team lead for Durability Testing of Gasoline, CNG & EV platforms for Tiago, Tigor & Nexon projects, RLDA Instrumentation and Test Data Acquisition & Analysis

Worked as "Validation Engineer" & responsibilities are Vehicle Testing (Durability Testing), RLDA & analysis and Instrumentation for NuvoSport, Scorpio & Bolero Platform (Passenger & Commercial- SC & DC). Also visited overseas for validation of export projects.
