I’m Jigar Bhalja, a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong foundation in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Information Technology & Systems Management. Over the years, I have honed my skills in bridging the gap between business and technology, delivering impactful IT solutions that drive business outcomes.Currently, I am serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Brain Payroll (since August 2024), where I work on understanding complex business challenges and delivering solutions that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience. Prior to this, I was a Lead Business Analyst, Manager at Vrindi Inc., where I led cross-functional teams, managed projects from conception to delivery, and played a key role in client-facing operations, including gathering requirements, wireframing, documentation, and quality assurance.In my professional journey, I’ve developed a versatile skill set that includes project management, requirement analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.
