In my role, I lead the IT and Data Analysis functions, managing and analyzing the company's operational, import-export, and trade data. My responsibilities include analyzing trade data from multiple countries, conducting customer and supplier evaluations, performing competitor analysis, and overseeing costing strategies, including competitor cost analysis.
