Develop both in-class activities so that develops friendship and positive interaction between the students in the and classroom and also improves student teacher relationship where classroom becomes extension for the home environment for students. Use different types of instructional strategies like video, audio, visual boards, verbal and written instructions. Conduct both formative and summative assessment for students and adjust the instructions so that the students are able to learn better and thrive in the classroom. Promote students' social-emotional growth, development, and individual responsibility using positive interventions and supports, and conflict resolution practices to foster a caring community where each student is treated fairly and respectfully by teachers and peers.
