 Providing value added services such as repairing, troubleshooting & testing of the Tape Drives. Dealing with UNIX, Novell based testing & quality control. Handling servicing of HP 1536, 1537, 1599, SONY 2000, 4000, 7000, 9000, SEAGATE & DLT tape drives. Executing QA testing of all tape drives including parts like pulley, mechanism, capston motor, mother board, etc.

Working as System Administrator for the Client Network and also provide L2 support for the client’s multi site network’s issue on site connectivity, troubleshooting n/w problems.Configuring the systems, switches, also provide support for Operating system, software and hard ware problems.
