My experience and skills lie in teaching Chemistry,Physical science and Maths . I have 17 years experience in lecturing Chemistry at the University of Witswaterstrand. I was privileged enough to be the course coordinater for a bridging program called College of Science at Wits.I am highly passionate about the Emotional quotient that a student acquires over the years and how this effects their performance . I have acquired exciting , out of the box teaching styles, methodology and curriculum content that ignite creativity and passion in students. It is essential to provide a nurturing and caring environment that not only stimulates learning but allows learners to have the freedom to explore their strengths and paths in life.I believe in teaching mindfulness and coping strategies that will assist students further in their path to adulthood. Students need to understand what career path they would like to embark on and the practical aspects that would need to follow in order to ensure job satisfaction and success. I believe Education should be holistic and meaningful.
