I have studied International Executive Masters in Business (Global MBA) from SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan and Strategic Management from Indian Institute of Management.I have over 22 years of extensive work experience in core areas of business i.e., Business Management, Corporate Strategy, and Business Development with a demonstrable track record of having worked across different industries such as Warehousing, Banking & Financial Services, Fashion and Hospitality (Food and Beverages).I joined Hospitality Industry in May 2012 with Badasaab Group which operates businesses in luxury segments into Fashion, Real Estate and Hospitality. I worked closely with the founder/promoter as Executive Management Assistant, assisting in the day-to-day functioning of the F&B (Hospitality) business along with the fashion (apparel) business of bespoke clothing and corporate attire.I was promoted to the Business Analyst role for Hospitality Business in August 2014 and later Head of Strategy and Business Development in April 2017. I currently work as Business Head since October 2021. I am part of the key management/leadership team in the company, operating F&B business under brand names Hakkasan, Yauatcha, Nara Thai and CinCin.The Hospitality arm, operated in the name of KA Hospitality was acquired by Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality in August 2023 and since then a part of Aditya Birla Group. I played a key role in the entire acquisition process and ensured the successful closure of the deal.In my current role at Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality, I report to the Chief Executive Officer, supporting in managing the business, providing an independent point of view on strategic organic and inorganic growth opportunities, driving the planning and budgeting process, conducting regular reviews and evaluation of business performance, Financial Modelling for new projects, Strategizing expansion plans for new development opportunities, commercial negotiations, formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives. I participate in all major decision-making in the company. With my knowledge and experience of managing business, I have made remarkable contributions in the companies growth.
