I have successfully led several projects from HR and legal fronts. I have led exceptional functions apart from setting up HR functions from commissioning stage of project and due diligence of acquired projects. I have extensive experience in stakeholder’s relationship, mass recruitment, campus recruitment drives, obtaining various licenses, permissions or registration for new project, handling complicated employee relations and maintaining standards of discipline, strategic HR functions, CLRA, legal compliance and liaison with authorities and social leaders & dealing with internal / external unions and committees, KRA based performance management system, implementation of SAP-HR module at unit level & learning & development functions.
