- Manpower management- Hourly Packed Ware Audit (PWA Sampling as per IS standard)- Process control by auditing process key parameters and follow up for improvement.- Shop floor audit (GMP, Abnormalities finding and Closing follow up) to maintain QMS, FSMS requirements.- Ensure CAPA Adherence and continuous monitoring,- FG Stock up keeping/ Handling audit and Pest control mechanism auditing.- Continual improvement in customer complaints- Making of CAPA Giving training to lower level regarding critical and major defects and its effects at customer ends.- Customer complaint handling.Computer skill- MS Excel, Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
