BatFast is a company that specializes in delivering augmented reality sports simulators technology that reduced the barriers to adopting sport by democratising them. We have delivered over 16 million balls to more than 400,000 players in over 8 countries in the last 7 years and have 4 patents granted in the field of sport technology and competitive socialising.As the technical lead, I am responsible for leading the overall technical development plan, including capturing customer and business requirements, managing the development of mechanical, electrical, and software systems, and planning the design, testing, production, and assembly process. Additionally, I oversee full stack development using MVC frameworks in python, the creation and management of the product supply chain, and intellectual property management. I am also responsible for conducting data analysis, defining software architecture, prototyping and designing for manufacture, managing CE certification, and maintaining document control and quality control. Furthermore, I handle IT and data infrastructure management and develop KPIs to report to the board.

Provide entrepreneurial leadership, sport technology advice to KickX who is lauching a new category of sport - called Hybrid Football®. Hybrid football is a new way to play the beautiful game. It takes the core skills required in association football and blends them with other sports, challenges and technologies to create fresh hybrid formats. This is the evolution of football.

As a member of an innovative engineering team, I work on the development of advancedfuel management technologies and test benches for both motive and stationaryapplications. I collaborate with OEM automotive manufacturers to co-develop fuel cellcomponents for future platforms. I have extensive experience in component design,technology roadmaps, and IP generation.I was actively involved in the design and commissioning of a highly instrumented andmodular fuel cell system test bench, including the development of mechanical, electrical,and software requirements, progress of the design through testing and validation, andensuring a well-defined document management process.I also manage procurement, handle supplier relationships, and design the user-facingcontrol interface using NI LabVIEW and Microsoft Visio. I ensure the system's safety throughcommissioning and provide training to new users. My responsibilities also includeconducting design experiments and data analysis, as well as developing data miners usingMicrosoft Excel VBA.
