I was working with TARAK CHEMICALS LIMITED Vadodara, Gujarat, India from Jun 1999To Feb 2004 as a Boiler Operator. Responsible for Cold Start up, Hot Start-up, Warm start up, Normal Operation, Emergency Handling and Safe shut down of Units & Line up of the unit and its auxiliaries, Changeover of equipment’s, routine testing of protection system and annunciation system. Engaged in operation of IAEC make fully automatic Fuel oil fired three pass fire tube boiler Capacity 3TPH & 50 m3 / hr. water softening plant. Ensured compliance of all boiler safety measures and operational availability of emergency handling apparatus at all times. Periodically monitored condition of boilers to identify any snags and initiated advance action to avoid any major problems in future. Implemented preventive and planned maintenance procedures to minimize downtime of boilers also conducted inspection of materials/ equipment’s to ensure conformance to quality parameters. Judiciously deployed workforce and materials inputs to maximize operational efficiency and also applied troubleshooting skills to resolve breakdown issues with minimum time-lapse.
