 Taking care of all Operations, maintenance, Procurements and of equipment related to Fuel Farm and refuelling.  Maintain the equipment with respect to the Civil Aviation Requirements with the maintenance philosophyHandling of ATF (Jet A-1) as Quality control signatory (QCS) approved by DGCA. Carried out periodic quality checks and documentation of mobile & static facilities. Taking care of All Statutory Requirements and its timely approval  Ensuring delivery of on-spec product in minimum cost with minimal loss. Co-ordination with logistics coordinator, internal as well as external customers and transporters to cater the demand and meet stock requirement.  Preparation of Day end reconciliation for stock accounting & continuous stock monitoring to avoid AFSdry out situations. Regular Maintenance of Shift log books for daily operation, proper HOTO during shifts and maintaining records for respective area & equipments.

 Unloading operation of Tank truck by following SOP in safe manner and controlling the quality of products within specification.  Ensuring delivery of on-spec product with minimal loss. Co-ordination with logistics coordinator, internal as well as external customers and transporters to cater the demand and meet stock requirement.  Checking Density & Temperature of Storage tanks and Tank trucks on basis as per SOP, Retention Sample collection as per AQACM standards. Ensure availability of proper documents of TTs, driver license, explosive license, vehicle permits, W&M seals & Calibration certificate, PCB and other related document before providing FAN slip. Undertake re-certification of all tank-trucks periodically & surprise checks for ensuring that trucks meet all the specification as per the check list.  Ensure verification of Calibration of all tank trucks as per SOP and also the updation of records for recalibrated trucks.  POD analysis of Malpractices of truck driver or transporter for product loss, contamination issues, tampering and pilferage issues sharing learning with business team.  Conducting toolbox talks to TT crew and other contract staff.

Maintenance of Mobile and Static equipment’s at aviation Fuel Farm. To manage the fleet of 12 technicians and helpers.  Verification of in use pressure gauges, hydrometers & thermometers. Conducted bulk meter calibration & verification and the filter membrane tests for dispensers & Refuellers. Conducted pit flushing, low point draining and high point venting in the hydrant system. Preventive maintenance of dispenser & Refueller used for refueling & defueling of aircraft. Hose pressure testing monthly, six monthly & calibration of flow meters & pressure gauges. Maintenance of centrifugal pump & hydrant system used in storage & delivery of ATF (JET A-1). Looking after fire hydrant system, water sprinklers. Preparation of material indents sheet & procurement of materials. Preparation & maintaining daily monthly & weekly check list Monthly report of diesel, hydraulic, engine oil consumption. Work as an Operations Officer and doing refueling/defueling of all type of A/C.
