-Headed waste minimization project of USD 9 MM+ where, Involved from selection of land, developing pilot plants, coordinating with architecture, creating BOQ/BOM from architect drawings, contractor management, procurement of materials (SAP for contract bids and vendor selection), preparing a manual on how to operate the plant to handover of the project, and finally fulfilling requirement of financial audit of the complete project. Technology was new for this waste reclamation project so, developed and commissioned pilot plant in consultation with me, checked and verified the performance and output at service providers end. Then commissioned 3x (the pilot plant) and successfully trained the team and achieved desired output from plant.-Spearheaded 5S initiative across plant-Implemented the autonomous maintenance and kobetsu kaizens to improve machine availability by 99%-Successfully transitioned from OHSAS 18000 to ISO 45001:2018 system under my guidance.
