Supply Chain Finance Manager
Current• Managing the portfolio consisting of 200+ dealers and vendors across Gujarat from different industries such as FMCG, Electrical, Electronics, Petrochemicals, FMCD, Engineering and Metals. • Responsible for entire transaction life cycle management i.e., Deal structuring, Credit underwriting, Disbursement and utilization monitoring, Renewals, Risk identification and mitigation for the portfolio with keeping regulatory compliances in check.• Ensuring smooth on-boarding of Customers with active co-ordination between Customer and Branch Personnel.• Trained 100+ branch executives about the product and sales pitch required to on-board the customers to increase the market share. • Joint calls with business/branch RMs to tap business opportunity with existing clients of bank.• 0% NPA by timely involving Recovery Team about any overdue / potential stress.• Co-ordinating with Regional Anchor teams to increase the market share.• Working cross-functionally and coordinating with Operations, Risk and Credit teams.
