Conducting exit / entry inspections and open houses on the weekend. Constantly communicating with the team and reporting back to the Property Managers to ensure that everything runs smoothly and everything is in order. Using apps such as PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate. Also perform and organise virtual tours for potential renting properties. Job requires high attention to detail, communication skills and customer service skills.
