Key Objectives:• Lead the project team of structural engineers and draftsmen to prepare detailed structural design documents.• Provide structural analysis reports and calculation notes using a variety of advanced structural software (ETABS/ SAFE/ SAP200/ ROBOT/ SCONCRETE).• Comply to latest code and standards requirements as per ACI / UBC / IBC / ASCE/ ADIBC / SBC.• Review shop-drawings, material submittals & method statements.• Follow up the ongoing project during design phase and make sure that all drawings are according to the project standards and specifications.• Coordinate with site team and visit the site regularly to monitor the site works and make sure that all works are implemented according to the design drawings.• Collaborate with engineers, and architects to determine the specifications of the project during the design phase.• Obtain permits and approvals.• Reporting regularly on the progress of works to project managers.
