The most enjoyable thing for me is to analyze a situation that may pose a threat or opportunity in the future. I generally take decisions looking ahead which is sometimes not understood by the people around me; however most of the times it turns out to be the right decision. I do want to keep on taking such adventurous decisions in the future however the bottom line is those decisions must optimize the value of any product or service that I am working with, otherwise I would count it as an unsuccessful venture. I tend to inspire people around me to improve and learn something new everyday as I do myself. I believe that this is the only way how our company can grow beyond imagination in the next decade or so.
