- Troubleshoot all aspects of maintenance : mechanical, electrical and pneumatics.- Select and configure Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron and other automation devices such as VFDs for automation/control.- Work with suppliers to define equipment specifications, resolve fabrication issues, and resolve quality issues.- Understanding of design, layout, and use of current networks such as Profibus, Ethernet, etc.- Provide direct assistance to other maintenance service to resolve electrical program issues.- Provide technical support in developing and improving processes.- Perform electrical diagnosis, as well as recommend and perform repair as needed.- Collaborate with in-house Service Department personnel to troubleshoot electrical/programming related issues.- Called to the machine center and troubleshoot the problem and oversee that it is repaired correctly.- Report the problems to the Maintenance Manager.
