At home: Establish the HSE system for QingdaoYueyang Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. and participate in Iraq's Missan BUT upgrading and new CPF HAZOP analysis2.Review the contractor`s HSE management procedures 3.On site: communicate with the owner CNOOC and the Iraqi side in the aspect of HSE management, promote HSE system set-up and implementation; supervise the high-risk activities on site during EPC execution (safety management procedures of excavation work, hot work , work at high, confined space , lifting, tie-in and etc.); organize the JSA for high-risk work timely; and implement the various instructions issued by CNOOC HSE4.Carry out the HSE training for the workers 5.Security work: responsible for the communication and coordination with the security company about the staff travelling

Implement the cement plant mechanical equipments, steel structure manufacture supervision and quality controlling at China . At site , manage the main equipments installation, commissioning such as rotating kiln ,raw mill ,cement mill ,roller crusher, reclaimer ,stocker. also communicate with the owner about the site quality controlling, method statement and other issues
