• Lead CoE procurement analyst team• Analyzes of data to identify spending trends, identify risk areas and recommend cost savings opportunities• Planning, preparing procurement related workflows and processes, testing, training and implementation• Initiates and assists with Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for national and regional or global suppliers• Launching & Monitoring Global E-sourcing inquiries through eSourcing tools (e.g. Ariba, TIContract).• Contracting of Global suppliers like, LTA (Long term agreement), FA (Frame Agreement).• Handling Global RFQ, negotiations & Contracting.• Additional task as per requirements.

-- Managing & Handling all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation and preparation of contracts & Purchase Orders.-- Managing & controlling all activities related to Export Trade Control.-- Managing & Handling Imports & Exports related to material for all Centres in India.-- Managing & Handling inventory on daily & reviewing on monthly basis.-- Managing & Handling GST & Excise related work related to Export to other countries.-- Identifying cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals. -- Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes. -- Provide training related to new software after implementation related to procurement for all India.-- Dealing with international suppliers.-- Successfully manage dispatch of all parts within schedule of project planning. -- Efficiently identify and develop cost effective vendor / supplier base for cost effective procurement of materials, spares and consumables.-- Deftly developing and implementing major procurement strategies, RFQ and purchase schedules thereby ensuring accomplishment of organizational objectives.-- Additional Responsibilities as per Management request.
