- Managing the portfolio of large and Key Policyholders at the regional level including strategic global Key Accounts- Building relationships with strategic Insurance brokers locally as well as global- Analysing new business prospects as per regional strategic goals

- Managing the portfolio of large and Key Policyholders in Atradius Middle East- Develop relationship with both key accounts and buyers by clearly explaining Atradius strategy and decisions- Support to Global Key Policyholders with Middle East markets & sector expertise- Involved in joint meeting with Insurance Brokers (Global and Local)- Responsible for reviewing and underwriting New Business cases for the Atradius Middle East as New Business Underwriter- Member of strategic New Business Deal Team of Middle East- Responsible for reviewing the Key Performance Indicators jointly with mainstream Underwriting team (acceptance rate, loss ratio, speed of service…)

- Managing buyer portfolio, working in close partnership with commercial account managers- Setting appropriate buyer underwriting strategy, based on available information- Presenting high value and complicated cases to Credit Committees- Buyer visits to understand business and market, locally and in Middle East- Member of Middle East ICT Trade sector team & Global Social Media Workshop- Review the analysis done by the small limit underwriters and new joiners, monitor their performance and provide training.- Involved and prepared various Trade sector reports & presentations

- Gathering and assessing information in order to effectively assess the risk involved based on various external agency reports.- Considering detailed analysis of financial, economic and other information to assess credit risk within an authority - Meeting with companies to understand their business profile.- Keeping a well-established market information network for understanding the current local market scenario and rumours. - Presently handing Middle East portfolio (mainly UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman & Qatar)

- Responsible for all areas of credit control & Collection with more than 500 Customer accounts.- Follow up customers for any outstanding payments and managing receivables efficiently. - Performing visits to the existing customers to resolve the disputes in reconciliation & to resolve other payment disputes.- Preparing weekly overdue report and submitting to the management.- Creating new database for credit customer and maintaining their respective documents.- Releasing the Sales Orders after verification of Customers’ Credit Status.- Preparing monthly sales analysis reports, Cheque follow up reports.- Monthly Bank reconciliation and Cash sales Reconciliation.- Assuring business is done under the risk & credit policy.- Negotiation and agreement of terms of business with new and existing customers, including payment terms and setting up service level agreements and credit limits.- Reporting to Credit manager on various Ageing & Collection reports.- Analyze monthly aging report to monitor collection targets and objectives. Preparing various credit reports for the management.

- Responsible for all areas of collection & customer reconciliation with more than 400 accounts.- Performing visits to the existing customers to resolve the disputes in reconciliation & to resolve other payment disputes.- Budgeting cash flow of company and giving financial support to finance department along with MIS Reporting.- Assessing risk on new accounts and accounts overtrading by way of credit information providers, reading financial accounts and establishing trading histories.- Continuous monitoring of sales and payment performance so as to maximize revenue opportunities within defined risk parameters, including specifically assisting the Credit Controllers in the proactive increase and decrease of credit limits - Assuring business is done under the risk & credit policy.- Dependent upon the size and structure of the organization, oversee the Sales Ledger function, this covers raising invoices in a timely and accurate manner, speedy cash posting and accurate allocation of that cash, agreeing invoice formats with larger customers, ensuring sales order processing are inputting sales data accurately to prevent invoice queries.- Identification of system or software improvements and being pivotal in implementation, documentation and training of those changes- Negotiation and agreement of terms of business with new and existing customers, including payment terms and setting up service level agreements and credit limits.- Reporting to Credit manager on age and profile of debt, potential risks of bad debt, overtrading accounts, areas of suggested training and general customer service observations.- Analyze monthly aging report to monitor collection targets and objectives.- Decisions related to sales and orders approval from credit point of view.- Communicating to the top management regarding companies DSO (Daily Sales Outstanding) and Reducing D.S.O.
