The scope of work covered strategic, operational, logistical, developmental and training components. A strategic plan was put in place to cater for high performance training, growth and development within the organizational structure. We invested in the best available coaching staff to provide match officials with the best chance of success in a demanding performance league.Match Officials were provided with various platforms to discuss, measure and grow from constant reinforcement. IDPs were set up to monitor that growth. Data as well as internationally recognized coaching threads were used to evaluate performance.In season, there was a set structure outlined to all stakeholders which involved review, training and preparation. Customer interaction and feedback was at the forefront of our program. In-person Training camps were set up for my asset base to increase their game understanding, role clarity and teamwork,I managed the logistical operation which involved budget, travel, accommodation, data provision, assignments, equipment and kit on a weekly basis.
