Accepted employment as Independent Consultant in Liability cases, privately insured or government awarded, Clinic Psychiatrist at Tehachapi and other rural clinics (1997-2000), Research contractor to California Dept. of Justice working with Leo Hollister (Stanford professor of psychiatry), studying effects of alcohol and/or marijuana on driving skills and cognitive performance (1981-1982) in Sacramento, CA, contractor to Enoch Callaway of Neurobiologies Incorporated in smoking cessation research project (1990-1992), author of book on Chemical Warfare research in 1960s (self-published in 2006), several paid lectures since 2007.
