The alignment is trying to obtain the real positions of the modules with very high precision (micrometer level) using tracks.- One of the few people that initially built and developed the baseline algorithms and infrastructures- Huge number of alignment parameter (~40k) to be determined, hence strong numerical computing was involved based on dedicated packages like LAPACK, MA27, CLHEP etc.• Independently developed an infrastructure for running the alignment jobs on the distributed LHC Grid system. Ensure O(k) jobs running in parallel
