CurrentEducation & TrainingOrganize and manage education initiatives for House of Cool, including:-Storyboard Workshops – the pilot program that was launched in Oct 2021, with 3 international and 2 internal artists joining for the online live classes that were taught over six weeks, one day a week. It was designed around the topics such as how to pitch board, storytelling based on types of genres (action, comedy and drama/dialogue), with a focus on critical thinking and assignment reviews-TeamTO & ECAS – partnered with TeamTO in France to launch a 7 months, full-time Storyboarding program for second career individuals. House of Cool was responsible for creating the curriculum, teaching, and assignment reviews, where TeamTO provided all the infrastructure support, government funding and teaching assistance-House of Cool projects the next stage of education initiative that will look to include three tiers of education initiative to launch in 2023-Conduct and submit Ontario’s Skills Development Fund – R3 application in 2023RecruitmentHelp the studio and clients to source and secure top talents for a diverse portfolio of projects, including 15+ high-end features and series, with task including:-review artists portfolios and determine their candidacy based on the project and clients’ vision-conduct initial interviews for qualification check on behalf of the internal creatives and clients-perform a salary negotiation that best fulfill both the artists and production’s needs-collaborate with HR department to process contracts and onboarding-staff support by organizing artists check-in and updates-attend school and festival outreach to meet new, up-and-coming talents-organize summer internship programs
