As the Manager, Employer Brand & TA Marketing Services at Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), I lead a growing team of eleven creatives to oversee employer brand management for PHSA’s family of brands. I manage multiple large scale budgets and teams internally and externally to deliver demand generation and awareness marketing strategies and programs for recruitment in the healthcare sector.I am also an award-winning marketer and a former IABC Chapter President, where I gained extensive business management and leadership experience, including financial management, operational efficiency, and volunteer engagement.
