Kronos Administrator of a Workforce Management Solution system for an international company, dealing with end users as well as Managers and directors. Also dealing with Higher level management and directors ensuring follow of information from sickness reporting through to weekly/monthly employers costings. Interpretation of TUPE data in order to build pay and accrual rules for the Kronos system.Preparation and uploading of TUPE data to both the Kronos and Trent (payroll system). Building and maintenance of the business structure with in both the Kronos and Trent systems.Creation and maintenance of business objective reports in order to provided management data. Training of new Kronos users as well as refresher training for excising users, if required travelling to sites around the country too provided on site support. Creation of basic training help sheets in order to support usurers during training and during their day to day operation of the Kronos system.Working with in the business systems team to provided and maintain high standards of service to the company for payroll and time capture data. Including help desk support either directly over the phone or via email.

Development of new network and supporting the installation of new company wide software dealing with Accounts and Customer Record Management. Day to day I.T support of 20+ PC’s, printers and servers. Along with support of users while using software ranging from accounts, sage payroll to Microsoft office, and the development of basic crystal reports to generate company stationary for invoicing, order confirmations, purchase orders and delivery notes. Maintaining stock on the accounting software and creating purchase orders as and when required. Dealing with both UK and International suppliers in order to ensure a constant supply of raw materials. My role also includes maintaining supplier account details and constantly checking that we get the best possible prices.Dealing directly with customers, managing their accounts and problem solving. Other duties include Credit Control, Complaints and maintainingIT systems. Dealing with telephone enquiries from both suppliers and customers, ensuing that information is passed to the correct people in order to deal with the inquiries.

Data inputting on both sage and Microsoft Excel. Invoice processing, Purchase ledger, Sales ledger, and stock control using Sage line 50, also record keeping using excel to produce monthly sales figures for each member of the sales team. Control of stocking levels for spares including producing purchase and sales orders. Also dealing with suppliers and customers over the telephone or by use means of the internet. Checking & tying invoices up with delivery notes, inputting invoices into sage, producing purchase orders and sales orders. Updating invoices on sage and ensuring account records are correct as well as the filing of day to day records.
