A creative, lateral thinker with project management and evaluation skills, I enjoy working in collaboration with others, sharing diverse skills and experiences to find innovative solutions.I've worked in some inspiring projects - exploring how work can affect health; evaluating the benefits that live music can bring to people in healthcare settings and supporting people with a disability into employment or volunteering. It’s great when you can see the impact that your work has made on people's lives.I enjoy helping people find their own solutions through coaching, training or targeted projects, and I set up a social enterprise in 2017 - Jigsaw Coaching CIC - to do this. Particular interests are health at work, helping people to manage transitions and supporting unemployed people to identify the type of job and environment that would help them flourish.I'm currently working with partner organisations to develop a strategy to enhance the employment prospects of people with a visual impairment and to highlight the benefits to employers of a diverse workforce.
