The first ever pan-pathology Quality manager gave a unique opportunity to design an effective quality management system and create a culture to embed this into daily practice. Leading the departments through successful laboratory CPA MHRA HTA accreditation inspections.As systems manager worked closely with all key stakeholders to implement the Clinisys pathology system from contract to go live in 6 months. At the time considered to be a gold standard for implementation.Project managed the successful introduction of the GP order comms ICE system a pathology modernisation strategic project.
