I was responsible for all corporate, foundation, and government partnerships, including managing a full-time Grant Writer. Our team manages all grants and solicits sponsorships, budget-relieving items, and in-kind donations. I also managed a portfolio of approximately 115 major donors who give $10,000+ annually or are VIPs in the community.

In this role I was responsible for the mid and leadership-level giving team at The 5th. I managed a portfolio of 100-150 donors giving $5,000+ each year, one gift officer, and a contract employee, ensuring that donors moved through the pipeline to achieve The 5th’s fundraising goals. I also planned and implemented all donor stewardship events. Additionally, I was our planned giving manager, writing all planned giving show program advertisements and direct mail solicitation letters.

A one-person fundraising, volunteer, and communications shop! In this role I created annual fund strategies, cultivated and stewarded donors at all levels, planned and produced fundraising events, and was the sole person in charge of all volunteers. Additionally, I entered and recognized all gifts, maintained a clean donor database, and managed all social media channels for the school – creating content as necessary. I worked directly with the Executive Director and Board Members.

In these roles I managed a portfolio of 150-175 mid and high level donors and, by setting an individual goal for each donor and making asks that were relevant to each person’s interests and passions, I helped increase major gift giving over 50% during these four years with the organization. Additionally, I oversaw the planned giving program which included segmented direct mailings, communication in show programs, and authentic stewardship.

Originally, I was hired to act as Campaign Coordinator for an $18,000,000 capital campaign project, though extra responsibilities related to government relations, prospect research, and Raiser’s Edge were quickly added to my job description. I then moved to annual fund and special events, leading what was the most successful gala at the time.

A contract position, managed social media platforms and strategies. Planned, marketed, and executed monthly events to promote nonprofit partners. Created and sustained business to business connections. Acted as Project Manager as needed. Supported others as needed. Many, many, many other duties as assigned.

At GLP I administered the caseload of five personal injury attorney teams by organizing, managing, and maintaining confidential medical records in a legal database. With a high attention to detail and incredible interpersonal skills, I provided exceptional customer service to clients and medical providers. On occasion, I moved mountains and accomplished other impossible feats.

While with OBT, I managed a production budget of $1,075,000 and the organization's stage manager. I oversaw the administration of multiple contracts including all guest designers and seasonal employees, and ensured compliance with all union rules. I created production schedules, led production meetings, and coordinated all rentals, volunteer schedules, and physical therapist visits. Finally, I created and implemented a company music and video media archival system.

This was a contract position for various dates and venues where I oversaw the production of 15 ballets in 10 theatres throughout the east coast. I managed everything on stage and coordinated schedules for dancers, wardrobe staff, and stage crew. I was also a part of a successful company tour to Sophia, Bulgaria.

While with PNB, I oversaw six seasons of in theater and touring performances including coordination of four separate unions and supernumerary volunteers. For three of these years, I managed the company’s Stage Manager. I developed onstage rehearsal schedules, forecasted and monitored specialized pointe shoe inventory counts, and acted to resolve critical issues during rehearsals and performances. I also had the honor of leading PNB’s first Celebrate Seattle Festival.

In this contract role with YTN, I managed all youth actors and stage crew along with adult design team. I also facilitated all rehearsals and ensured clear communication with parents.
