Finance work stream lead on two major transformational projects:1) bPaid (£180 million investment) - leading a team of 7 to migrate merchant acquiring business from 2 legacy systems to single new platform. Transitioning from manual to fully automated finance solution.2) Brexit - leading a team of 5, setting up acquiring business in Irish legal entity and migration of EU customers from UK legal entity.For both projects responsible for:> delivering new finance design, testing, data migration reconciliations, managing close out of legacy finance processes, training and handover of new processes to team in India. > Senior stakeholder management - CFO Barclaycard Business Services, FD, Programme Directors.

> Responsible for financial reporting, pricing, forecasting/budgeting and deal execution> Project manage large (£5M to £100M credit facilities) new global business opportunities from signing of term sheet to go live, working closely with customer and various business functions including Legal, Credit, Tax, Operations>Put in place £50M participation agreement with Lloyds to meet customer need for larger loan facility

> Moved into permanent position as Senior Finance Change Manager managing team of Finance analysts.> Projects included acquisition and migration of large credit card portfolio, setting up acquiring business in Barclaycard US using a third party processor, various contactless payment products> Key aspect of role is managing stakeholders and ability to communicate complex ideas in clear and concise manner.

> Joined Barclaycard on an interim basis as Finance Change Analyst working on various business initiatives to ensure integrity of finance systems, controls and processes. Responsible for finance design, testing and handover to BAU teams.

> UK start up company of an SEC listed US parent, offering distribution finance facilities.> Led the overall bank licence application, collaborating with CEO, UK and US senior management and external advisers.> Implementation of management reporting and FSA and SOX compliant controls and procedures.

> Partnered with International BD Director, delivering complex, cross border finance deals. Responsible for pricing, tax, banking and operational structures.> Integrated 8 European legal entities concentrating on tax due diligence, goodwill valuation, treasury loan requirements.> Migration of two businesses onto one operating platform - VAT compliance, automated banking and integrity of data transfer.

> Responsible for forecasting, budgeting and provision of all management information for European business> Finance lead on deal structuring to include pricing, tax and compliance issues

> Managed a European finance team of 10> Run the European Treasury Function, responsible for maintaining bank relationships in 6 countries> Designed and implemented a monthly management information pack> Active involvement in all large new business opportunities to ensure pricing, banking, tax and bank regulatory compliance issues addressed#.
