I am a dedicated Executive Function/ADHD Coach with over 20 years of experience in coaching, consulting, and education. My mission is to empower high-achieving individuals, both adult professionals and college students with ADHD or executive function issues, to thrive in all arenas of life- the workplace, school, and home. To do this, I personalize my training and coaching to leverage the latest, evidence-based strategies in navigating executive function issues to increase productivity and efficiency for my clients.My background in biochemistry fuels my fascination with the neurological aspects of executive functions and ADHD, while my Master's in Education informs how I educate and equip my clients. In my work with organizations, I bridge the gap between employee and employer to create a more supportive environment for those talented employees who have ADHD. In my role as Productivity Coach, I lead training workshops on improving time management and increasing efficiency for all employees.
