Managed office processes, records and archive management, junior staff and basic finances

Obtained Teaching and Stud Groom qualifications. Managed private and commercial yards. Worked in many realms of equestrian work including showing, hunting, breeding, production of young stock, breaking and schooling, selling, and competitive yards involved with dressage, show jumping and eventing - this led to international competitions and 4/5 star.
