Collection of Accounts, both Oversea's and Domestic Responsible for the management of all Freight on Board accounts• Work with banking institutions regarding Letters of Credit and Open Collection Accounts to ensure that all guidelines set forth have been satisfied• Prepare and make presentation of documentation to banking institutions for timely payment of goods with Letters of Credit and Open Accounts• Verify all Customs documentation provided by freight forwarder and verify accuracy of compliance with product description• Arranging for debt payment or establishing payment schedules based on customer’s financial situations• Heavy account reconciliation in order to verify accounts remain current, then following up with customer and banking institutions when invoices become delinquent • Utilizing retailers’ portals for payments and chargeback detail• Maintaining a status report for assigned accounts through goal driven metrics• Monitoring overdue accounts, using 2 separate ERP systems (Sage and Oracle)• Performing various administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as recording address changes, sorting & answering correspondences
