• Managed national project across the UK to enable young people who have experience financial exclusion the opportunity to tackle this issue head-on • Responsible for the planning and implementation of projects from start to finish including reporting, evaluation and development leading to further funding • Building and managing relationships with funders, including Barclays, enabling them to deliver Corporate Social Responsibility strategies• Coordinating the team to ensure that all the objectives of the projects are met • Coordinated and developed volunteers and staff, through supporting and meeting training needs, coaching and 1-2-1 support • Running workshops, brainstorms, coaching and training session with young people (particularly NEET’s) to enable them to increase key skills and develop confidence• Creating networks and building relationships with national and local charities • Running events, including running an annual event at Downing Street for over 120 people• Research into the way young people view a number of issues particularly money, volunteering and Government campaigns and reporting this to key stakeholders • Enabled the creation and implemented HR Policy
