Designed meal plans for clients on a weekly basis, which included medical meal plans for diabetes, heart healthy and vegetarian meal plans, plans for clients with food allergies, and plans for clients that were either pregnant or breastfeeding. I also organized & attended private consultations with specialized doctors in the Los Angeles area to demonstrate and present our Medical Meal Plans for business development purposes, assisted the owner in the interview and decision-making processes for new chefs and kitchen staff, and managed the entire office staff. Moreover, majority of my workload required me to develop and and optimize meal plan recipes through specialized nutrition software such as Master Cook, and research and analyze specific nutrients for innovative supplementation products, advise clientele on questions / concerns related to their personalized meal plans. I also worked very closely with the executive chefs to analyze productivity & efficiency in meal preparation, and alter recipes to ensure that the client’s were receiving a high-quality product.
