I am consulting in all areas of Human Resources. I am a certified ACC Coach. I am working in the Leadership Development arm of HR as well. Prior to my formal experience I practiced in the consulting field for over 35 years of my career. I am now consulting in HR, leadership development, organizational development and coaching.

From November 2017 to April 2018, I worked at Intermountain Healthcare as a Senior Consultant in Leadership Organizational Development. In April, I became the Director Leadership and Organizational Development. My staff at Intermountain is fantastic! They are bright, meticulous, engaged and passionate. I really enjoy working with each of them.

As the Director of Human Resources at Dominion Energy West, I supervise 19 individuals working in employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, employee development and HRIS. I have been heavily involved in the recent (September 16, 2016) HR merger between Dominion and Questar. My role has been to oversee and become involved in the transfer of approximately 1700 employees in all aspects of the HR arena.
