Traveled to different Airports promoting our Airline Credit Card and educating Passenger’s on how to prevent them from “Missing Miles”. Manager chose the top agents to travel to Airports. I was chosen by our Director to be the Voice for our Airline while passengers were on hold and special announcements. I was in charge of wording the messages as well as recording and editing all 16 recordings.
