• Help with the onboarding of new hires with setting up user account names, equipment set up, tax forms and other paperwork. • Process checks, weekly invoices for payment and help with month/year end client billings.• Answer all phone inquiries for the office, process daily mail as well as order office/building supplies and maintain equipment repairs. • Create job numbers in data system for new client audits starting. Collect all documents and data for audits using access, excel and approach. Analysis client data of all vendor information.

• Receptionist back up for office, answering phones and process of daily mail. • Data entry of all electronic faxes and emails received daily, while responding to all phone inquiries regarding the audit request.• Review client invoices for potential credits on statement of accounts or aging reports.
