• Rebuild infrastructure and stabilize operations by implementing accounting, membership, and other system processes and procedures, resulting in 90% membership retention and 20% membership increase
• Increase engagement at the national level by 70% with program strategies targeted at building partnerships with influencers, mommy bloggers, Babies R Us, and other relevant media outlets.
• Use change management strategies to determine the best path forward for the organization, ultimately leading to a membership vote to dissolve to form localized 501c3s.
