In 2016, I resumed the role of Executive Director during a transition, rebuilding infrastructure and relationships. From 2016-2019, I increased revenues by 350%, grew the staff from 5 to 12 employees, and rebuilt a committed Board of Directors. I influenced policy changes at the state and local levels, built 3 new diaper programs leading to 350% growth in services, and implemented fundraising strategies to meet that growth. I also added a fleet of vehicles, secured a move to a 20,000 sq ft warehouse, orchestrated a complete rebrand, and managed the team through Covid-19.In 2020, I developed a succession plan with the board, and in 2022/2023, I transitioned to Innovation Officer to support new Co-Executive Directors. I secured funding for research and develop two social venture business plans to expand revenue streams as much as 2 million dollars and increase organizational impact." Show less
