Was a contributor within a small R&D Technology Team. My responsibilities included processing of multi-layer OLED stack experiments for TJET and IJET applications. Transparent substrates; pre-patterned ITO 1”coupons and Rectangular AMOLED 3x5” were processed utilizing the Organic/Metal deposition process. Substrates provided support required for TJET and IJET printing applications. The IJET OLED stack incorporated fabricated organic solution applied with manual dispense coating. The OLED processing was in support of printing equipment targeted for the commercial OLED display market.- Organic Material: Maintained Inventory Lab Supply and related consumables- Executed annual PM’s; Analog Deposition tools and daily pm’s of coaters, Plasma Preen - Updated Daily DOE ‘s with detailed processing conditions to respective team members- Initiated process improvements; resulting in visual excursions to be eliminated- Matched both PVD Organic Deposition tools to achieve matching thickness - Wrote Operation procedures
