Leading a variety of teams to achieve challenging and successful deliveries; establishing new delivery units or strategic functions in support of large public and private sector accounts. A career which has encompassed enterprise level application developments, contact centre implementation; establishment of a Business Process Management Delivery Centre of Excellence; account strategy development, large scale infrastructure programme delivery roles and most recently Leading a 250 strong test service.
