My assignments include:- MH Transformation and Strategy Implementation Manager focussing on large scale clinical transformation programmes (Mar 22 to Apr 24)- Community Mental Health Programme Manager for a MH organisation in London (to Sep 21)- project management support to a mental health organisation in London delivering an increased 24/7 Crisis Telephone Service as well as delivering the transformation requirements of the national Community Mental Health Framework- ongoing bid management services in support of the NHS- efficiency improvement lead for a large provider in London, supporting delivery of £12m efficiency savings (completed April 19)- supporting a mental health organisation in the West Midlands to provide contract project management services (completed December 18)- at rapid pace, and short notice, managing a complex bid for Integrated Urgent Care Services for a large NHS provider, as well as providing further consultancy support.
