Over activities directly related to managing a healthcare team of a Medicare Mandated Insurance Company. Reviewed activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Established and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring organization officials, and staff members as necessary. Determined staffing requirements, and interviewed, hired and trained new employees, or overseen those personnel processes. Also became the SME with new programs the company transitioned to while building the manuals and creating all training for these new programs.

Taught Massage Therapy as well as other health related classes including Anatomy and Physiology as well as Business and Ethics at Miller-Motte Technical College in Clarksville, Tn and also with Southeastern Career College in Nashville, Tn. Developed syllabus and tests as needed for classes as well as precepting over intern students.
