As the Internal Audit Manager at Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU), I oversee the internal audit function for a $13+ billion asset financial institution with over 20 branch locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I have more than 18 years of progressive experience in Internal Audit and Banking, with expertise in operational, financial, and compliance audits, risk analysis, and regulatory reporting and coordination.I am passionate about developing a risk-based audit plan that encompasses all products, services, and regulatory requirements in a dynamic audit universe. Quarterly, I lead and coordinate the Supervisory Committee meetings at DCU. I also direct collaboration with co-sourced auditors and empower my staff to perform high-quality internal audits. I function as a liaison for NCUA Examinations and communicate effectively with senior management and the Supervisory Committee. In addition, I serve as a Board Member of RESPOND, Inc., a non-profit organization that supports survivors of domestic violence.
