Owns the relationship between HR and business segment units. Provides coaching and advise to leaders and employees in regard to leadership training and employee development. Coaches and provides services to leaders with respect to employee sourcing, recruitment and selection, effective performance management, employee relations, compensation and staffing plans. Conducts exit interviews with department employees and addresses any associated retention issues. Develops a business unit workforce strategy to include staffing/talent planning as well as knowledge transfer and addition to staff. Participates in salary survey job matches and analysis process. Assists business leaders in understanding and addressing the people implications of business decisions. Ensures that business unit strategies are supported with the HR programs needed to provide competitive advantage.
