-Supported the Director of Operations in tasking out and overseeing all projects and launches, as well as providing full coverage for them during their Maternity Leave.

-Responsible for delivering training sessions in French across several cities in France-The positive feedback I received meant I was also asked to perform trainings for Hilton Group in Switzerland

-Responsible for the creation and organization of all events including tastings, parties, art exhibitions and live music -Responsible for the promotion of events and PR of the bar as well as finding event sponsors-Played a key role in successfully launching the bar to the global bar community-Organized one of the most successful events of the Paris Bar Show

-Responsible for integrating global brand marketing strategy into top UK accounts -Responsible for creating and presenting Tanqueray brand sessions for media, consumers, and trade -Overseeing the Tanqueray bars at events such as the GQ awards-Played a key role in integrating and representing the brand on TV, online and in print -Responsible for organizing events at the likes of London Cocktail Week-Responsible for organizing brand trips and incentives for bartenders

-Management of event and marketing budgets of up to £500K.-Account and Project Manager for Xbox with a special focus on Music Sponsorship.-Responsible for creation of Xbox’s summer music strategy and central events guidelines, to be used as a template for Europe, Middle East and Africa.-Negotiated artist deals for Xbox with artists such as Pharrell Williams.-Artist briefs included: Creating bespoke content, intimate invite-only gigs, acting as spokespeople for client campaigns, live on-stage online gaming.-Artist Liaison: Main talent handler for high profile names and festival acts on event days for Xbox 360 and VICE Magazine. Also responsible for liaising with talent regards schedules, receipt of assets and approvals in lead-up to and post event.

-Account executive for clients such as Microsoft, Campari and Replay Blue Jeans, working on their sponsorship of major events such as the MTV Europe Music Awards.-Responsible for ensuring all MTV departments ( including on-air advertising, online, marketing, press and events ) delivered all agreed elements of the client’s sponsorship package on schedule and in a way that met or exceeded the client's expectations whilst also staying true to MTV's brand values.
